After 30 years working in retail, where I had the opportunity to experience and learn from the whole end-to-end process, I decided to change my career and put my background and knowledge at the service of all those who want to benefit from it
Effective managers do not always make inspiring leaders. They have to learn new skills and improve self-awareness in order to influence and inspire those around them.
My purpose is to support these leaders based on one-of-a-kind approach to leadership development and personal growth. on this learning journey, transforming effective managers into leaders committed to developing their management skills and approaches to optimize team performance.
Over my 27 years as a leader, I've been several times recognized for my leadership and ability to build and develop committed and high-performing teams.
Empathetic, agile and creative, I took on the leadership of several change processes and adverse moments, demonstrating courage and compassion in taking challenging decisions, as well as the ability to manage and ensure the commitment of all those involved throughout these processes, contributing to the sustainability and continuity of the team and the business.
